I want that and I want the name Charlie over the heart. He was my very first special needs budgie and so much fun. I miss him to this very day. He has a special forever spot in my yard where I still go visit him 7 or so years later. I'll have to find a picture of him for you.

That is a cute T Shirt. :th_hug8:
I'm sure many many of us would love to have that shirt with a special parrot in mind. I know I do. :)
Debra, how was your budgie special needs? I ask because I had one once that was a special needs budgie too. Lacy J had deformed toes and walked on her elbows. She couldn't stand on a perch or climb, so I made her Mesquite bark ramps so she could get to her food & water bowls I kept on the cage floor. And I had one ramp attached to a low perch which made Lacy J feel like she was perching like her buddies in the next cage. I couldn't keep her with other budgies, they picked on her, but she was content to live next to them. She was given to me by a local pet shop due to the fact folks shopping were complaining about "The Ugly Budgie that needed to be put down." She came to them in a shipment of budgies and the owner wanted her to be loved like any normal bird is. :)

I made a post about him in the photo section. He had fallen off a perch and broken his hip and leg while his then owner was out of town. He didn't get any vet care so his leg healed wrong. He couldn't bend it and it stuck straight out to the side. It was funny to see him standing next to the side of the cage with that leg straight up in the air holding on to the bars. Go have a look at my little man. The title is "Charlie" I think.
