I loved this Kendra! Rosie loves saying 'hello' by the sounds of it :) I love the part towards the end where she goes all fluffy and starts dancing!

Thanks! Sorry, I know it was long. But with the dancing and naughty antics I figured I would leave it.
When she got all fluffy, she was trying to regurgitate for me. When I screeched, she screeched right back at me. Fresh girl cracks me up!!! ;)

Super Awesome Rosie!! I love it. You are the star of the show. I love how she chases after you to give her 'Gift Of Love' to you. LOL Rosie you are a doll and so vibrant in color. :)
Rosie has a more higher pitch to her voice than Ruby Jewel. I know they imitate the voices they hear most often, but Ruby Jewel came to me with a deeper sounding voice and she has not lost it from being around me. OK, maybe my voice is deeper than I think it is, I have been calle but she did already sound the same as she does now. I've decided it is just her. Rosie is more clearer than Ruby Jewel when she talks. That is probably cause Rosie is a year 1/2 older than my girl.

Thanks Terri and De'Andrea.
I think you may be correct with the age thing De'Andrea. As Rosie gets older she comes into herself. Both physically and vocally. :) she has started doing a deeper "hello", which is probably imitating Jef. Although my sons voice is changing, so it could be him she is trying to imitate. ;)
Loved this! What a character you have there! Rosie is adorable, how old is she?

How time flies Kendra :) I cannot believe Codie will be 3 in September!

Same here Wendy. Angel turns 3 next Tue. the 29th, my first day off from work this cycle. Roscoe turns 3 in Sept. as well. With Ruby Jewel turning 2 in Sept. & Leyla Belle was 2 in Jan. Ruby Jewel has been home for a year, well in a few days it will be a year.
Although they are still mere babies, I can't believe they have been with me so long already! It just seems like yesterday I was excitedly waiting to go pick each one up. :) Now silly me is waiting again as patiently as possible. LOL Gotta' go to work~~as Angel & Roscoe say as I leave sometimes~~Bye everyone!!
I somehow missed this great video of Rosie, Kendra. I must apologize for that. Zaf and I have just been sitting here watching Roise being silly. You know, I find it interesting that when she wants, she can bring her "hello" voice quite low. Is she trying to imitate a man saying "hello" when she does that? Or is she perhaps just playing with her voice range? Rosie is indeed a very cute and special Macaw :D. Oh, and I'm amused by your response to Rosie's regurg pumping motions ;) ... I can easily relate because I have plenty of those "yucky, eww!" moments here, myself :(. Thanks for posting this video clip. We enjoyed it very much :). And btw, Zaf became quite animated watching Rosie and her antics :th_biggrin:

Thanks Tony, she is my silly girl. I'm glad you two enjoyed it. :)
I think that she tries to do my husband/sons voice when she sounds deeper. But her hellos have a huge range. If she doesn't get the response she is looking for she will change the pitch. :)
Oh, her regurgitating is ridiculous. She has now gotten to the point that she loves my son. She will try to regurgitate for him if she can get close enough to him. What cracks me up is that as she is chasing after him in her waddle/run, she is yelling E[Users must be registered and logged in to view attached photos or hyperlinks] & laughing. She is my little red piece of work!! ;)
