What are your plans for Easter Weekend?

Just wondering what you all have planned for this Weekend?

It is tipping down with rain here today, all shops are shut as they are not allowed to open on Easter Sunday :( I think we will go out for something to eat later on. I don't feel like cooking today :th_hehe:

We have put off our family Easter celebration until next weekend. Still wiped from our traveling day Friday.

Making a turkey for the crazies here for dinner. We are going to head to Great Adventure to validate our season passes and maybe hit a few rides. :) that's about it for us.

I don't know what the Easter Bunny did to Rosie last night. The kids baskets were on our kitchen table. I brought Rosie with me to see what they got and she hid behind my back. Strange. I wonder if he was teasing her when he brought the kids loot? Maybe it is all the clear plastic the chocolate was wrapped in?

It could have been the clear plastic wrapping that scared Rosie. Strange things seem to scare them. lol. Codie is afraid of boxes!

I'm doing my usual -- baking cookies and preparing meat for next week. Other than that, not much. Maybe clean a cage or three. lol

Well today started with a special morning treat for Easter . Strawberries and vanilla type cookie thing [Bad I know :)] . Then Easter stuff for my human girls [candy for Dave] . we were celebrating my older daughters birthday also. I made a double layer dark chocolate and red velvet cake [it looked cool]. . Started trying to make some bird toys . Neat site I cant remember who posted it [Wendy or Debra ?] . Doing stuff with hemp rope ,pony beads and buttons for my smaller birds .Went to a Huge dinner at my Moms [we ate like idiots ]. Back to the diet thing :) Owen all of a sudden started saying "Julia" . Sure enough She was out back on the trampoline [he could see her] Full day, gonna try to pressure wash 19 cages Monday

Well, yesterday I didn't do much. I went out with my hubby to plant some seeds and ended up in a chair supervising. Even that hurt my back. So, I was down in my back and on the heating pad most of the day. :(

Well, I wanted to stay home and just enjoy being with my favorite feathered kids for my Easter Weekend, but work had other plans. I spent the weekend with "Jailbirds" instead. :(

Everyone else had a much better time than I did. :)
