Cookies galore!

Jerry likes me to bake two kinds of cookies each week. So, this week he requested peanut butter and pecan cookies. I went and bought what I needed. I get to the laundromat today and the attendant had baked me some chocolate chip cookies for my birthday! That makes 3 types of cookies this week. I may have to freeze some for future consumption. lol

Haha, if you freeze some, it will save you having to cook next Sunday :)

I was getting ready to make some pecan shortbread cookies, a recipe I found by Ina Garten, and I don't have enough butter!! My hubs just got home from the the market too :(. I hate that! Oh well, it's a sign..I didn't need the calories :)

I would be like, cook me some brownies this week or a cake or maybe surprise me with a totally new dessert. LOL I guess I just get tired of the same kind of food too easily. :)

Jerry loves stuff where he can just reach in and grab a couple and walk off to eat. I've been craving pie lately and he baked me a cake for my birthday. Hmmmm, if I can find the turkey sausage we like then I might make some sausage balls this week. That would be different. lol
