Springtime Happening

This winter was really a rough one. Thousands of bulbs are blooming where I live despite the freezing temps today. I have been busy taking photos. Here are two beauties:

They are beautiful Dianne :)

After one of the wettest and windiest winters ever, we now have beautiful sunshine and have had for the last 4 days. Our temperature is 70 degrees at the moment which has never been know in April! Forecasters say, we are now in for a 6 week heatwave :) This will be lovely :)

Beautiful, Dianne! One of my purple irises has just opened it's first bloom with many more to come. My brother gave me the plants last year to they mean a lot to me. I'll have to try and get a picture for you.

I took this pic a few weeks ago, I believe they are Iris? One of my clients gave me bulbs from his yard, a few years back and I planted them here. They are already wilting and drying up :(. It's the END of our season, here.
