I am at my Mums for a week and won't be around as much as I normally am :( I am pleased to say that my Mum has taken the plunge and has had broadband installed :) Great news for both Tiegan and myself :) Haha you can't get rid of me that easily :th_hehe:

Have loads of fun without us, Wendy! :(

Seriously, I do hope you get some rest while you are away visiting. Can't wait to hear how your Mom is coping with the cyber world. LOL And do plenty of shopping for me too. As if I didn't do enough on my own. :)

Thanks De'Andrea :)

My Mum is not doing very well with the cyber world at all :( I am losing the will with trying to teach her now lol.

Let Mum know she is not alone, my kids threaten to give up on me all the time too! :). It's not as easy as they make it look! I hope you're having a great time, Wendy!

Thanks Mare :)

I am trying :) I have now written it all down for her, so hopefully this will help!

I kinda' expected that to be the case with Mom. LOL As hard as it was for me in the beginning I can imagine how much trouble she is having trying to cope with all of it. :(

Tell her not to give up. If a computer illiterate person such as me (I was so illiterate!) can manage to grasp the cyber world by the horns & shake the BS outta' it, she should be whizzing through in no time! :)

It amazed me, years ago, when my dad took to the computer. He preached computer, day and night! He took computer programming college courses after he retired. He's 89 now and I can still call him when I have questions, although, my kids now know more, he's still got a firm grasp, way beyond me!

Good on your Dad Mare :) Maybe I should get my Mum to enrol in a Nightclass on computer lessons!

We have shopped till we've dropped Debra. lol.

We have been out everyday so far. I bought Codie a new toy today :)

Tiegan is happy that my Mum has internet now. This has stopped her form being bored :)
