Yes, they are stunning birds. I have seen them on various sites.

You would need an armed guard around these valuable birds. Must be nice to have the $$$ to spend.

I've seen them as well for sale at times. I don't think they are real common yet and I would be very cautious if someone said they had any for sale no matter what the price asked. In fact that photo looks very similar if not the same one I remember seeing on a site trying to sell them two yrs ago. May not be the same photo, but I sure feel like it is.

De, these are for sale no scam ,ive been speaking to owner and gone as far as to have a video call. Where I got to see the babies.they only live 1.5 hours from me.this is there 4th clutch of pied B&G'S

I looked them up on Google and that photo is on there, the same one in the "Images" page. It was submitted a year ago and when you go to the site it is on, the poster doesn't say where he took the photo from. Google is not the first place I've seen that exact photo, it was on some bird forum, but I can't remember which one now.

I'm glad you have seen them on video and you can afford to buy such expensive birds. I'll stick to dreaming of owning a Hyacinth one day. I still love their looks and personality way better! :)

Wow beautiful. Question. Is that happening or are we doing that to them? I hope it's a natural thing and we are not mucking about with parrot DNA now.

They are really neat. For some reason they remind me of a Native American head dress or something.
