Just Peeking In

So I decided to troll the forums today, been awhile since I've done that. And by ahwile I mean like, 8 months? :th_ashamed3:

Not sure how many people remember me. I have a 3 year old B&G Macaw, Safira and two African Greys, Lucy and Gracie. All of which are doing great.

I've been debating adding another Macaw when I graduate school, which is sometime in may. We'll see. I'd like to take in one that needs a home instead of buying a baby, so we'll see what I find when I actually put effort into looking.

Not sure how much of this I posted here, but I did have a rescued Green Wing that passed last summer. I think Safira misses the company of the other Macaw, especially since I don't keep her in the same room with the CAGs.

You should have come by and entered the photo competition a few months back with that one. We had the subject as 'Dirty beaks' and I bet Safira could have won that one easily! :)

Sorry to hear you lost your Green Wing, but glad to hear all is well with the rest of your flock. Please stop by to chat more often and keep us informed if you do add another macaw. Macaws are still my fav!
