With three little angels. Two adult male tiels, age unknown, but probably 10 and 12 or so, and a male DYA, about 23.
All are adopted. The Amazon bit the !!!! out of me yesterday. Not an isolated incident. Typing with hands sporting four puncture wounds from the zon. Little angel. (Lucifer) J/K His name is Wasabi.

My Three Sons....maybe there are people here old enough to recognize that TV show. :th_LOL:
Nice to be here! I recognize Anne and Wendy. Maybe there some others here too.

Hi everybody.

:hello: Terry and welcome to PP.

I am so glad you have joined us :th_chickendance:

I look forward to seeing lots of pics of Wasabi. I have missed seeing him and hearing all your stories. I see things have not changed and he is still a little terror? :(

Oh, and I watch My Three Sons on a week day basis here. lol

Sashimi is the tiel who needs meds nightly. Just recently Snuggles started to pick also, so hubby has to put some soothing liquid on him....and sometimes is bitten. But hubby understands. Snuggles was willing to step up until a few months ago. Now he won't at all. We never could hold Sashimi. He doesn't like us one bit and never has. He got my neck couple days ago and my chin last night.

Wasabi is still a terror and bit me very very hard yesterday. I need stronger gloves. I got very annoyed for a minute or so, then went to clean off the blood.

Welcome to our flock Terry. You have very unique names for your feathered kids. I love unusual names when picking them out for all my birds and other critters.

Wasabi sounds rotten, but lovable even if from afar. LOL I look forward to hearing lots more about your little terrors. And I am old too! I can still remember watching "My Three Sons" and all the ones Dianne named as well. Like Debra, I watch old reruns of them almost daily on one particular channel. My tv stays on that channel more than the rest. :)

Ah, Wasabi's a good boy unless he's screaming or biting. I often tell him he's a good boy. Don't know if he understands, but whatever. I think he's a good bird at heart. He likes to climb away from me and when I demand that he come back (in a playful way,) he squeals in delight and keeps going. He sometimes wants to do that several times a day.

No, he's not going to change and that's alright. I don't need him to be perfect. Just keep it to a dull roar and not draw blood.

I don't know Wasabi, but from the sounds of it he's a little character. I cannot wait to hear stories about him!
