Thanks! If you are interested, and can zoom in on this pic, you can even notice the small feathers on the back and tops of his wings, flaring! This helps him with softer landings. I find it fascinating! (Bird nerd that I am) :)

Ahhmmm!! And just where was this awesome photography back in summer when we had our first photo competition Mare? You know the one I asked for 'Wing Shots' and I got lots of whining from folks about how hard those can be to get? Well, you have proved that little theory wrong now haven't you!! :th_LOL:

Gorgeous shot!! I do love wing shots and the natural ones showing Amigo outside are super gorgeous!! Maybe someone will pick wing shots again one day for a future competition and you can enter this one. :th_biggrin:
