Mare ,Its the guy who did Insanity [Shawn T] . Its a 25 min cardio workout . They send you a series of different workouts . Your told which one to do each day :)

You & Ruby should make your own videos to inspire others in a fun and enjoyable way. I'd rather see a gorgeous Green Wing working out than some overly bulked up bruiser expecting everyone to look like him. LOL (No, I'm not describing your workout video. I don't even know who or what these folks are you described. Just the way some I've seen in past videos look like.)
