Hi all. Thanks for letting me join your bird forum. I am new here. I am a retired male who loves animals. I have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 crimson bellied conure. They are all rescues. I just love my animals. I am thinking about getting another bird here. Any suggestions that would go well with my CBC? :th_chickendance:

Hello birdman and :pp_welcome: Thank you for joining us!

I love Crimson Bellied Conure's. They are such beautiful colours. We would love to see some pics :)

Maybe another conure would be a good choice?

Hello and Welcome to our forum! I don't have a conure so am unsure as to what species will go well with one. I'm sure some of our other members will be along shortly to give you some advice. By the way, we'd love to see pics of your conure.

Welcome to the forum! I don't have any advice as I only have one, a GW. Can't wait to read all about what you decide.

Welcome to our flock Birdman. We need more male discussions around here, so plan on getting very involved in conversations. :)

I have one green cheek conure and several other species of parrots. None like each other as in being on the same perch, but as a flock and knowing each is not the only bird they all get along quite well. If you are not into the larger birds yet, green cheeks are very loving little guys. And although I have only had my pionus for a couple of months, I would definitely recommend folks considering adding one to their flock. They are not as cuddly as green cheeks, but they have really cute sounds and are not overly noisy at all. :)

Hi welcome :) I have a lot of birds. Ask questions about the ones your interested in [conures are most likely to get along with conures] But that doesn't mean you cant get another species [and they be happy being in the same room]
