Uploading photos

I cannot upload any photos using both firefox and internet explorer. Please help

Dianne: I've resized and renamed your images and emailed them back to you. Save the attachments and then try uploading them instead of your original images. Please report back.

Here is a test. This is not a photo but a background solely for testing.

OK looks like I have to resize and change files to png. thanks Plax Somehow the pic size was getting enlarged before. ???

Dianne: You shouldn't have to convert them to PNG images. You can if you want, but it shouldn't be necessary. The thing that you should do, though, is reduce the image dimensions to 800 pixels in width.
