A very cautious hello

New member with decades of parrot keeping experience. My flock consists of the 4 listed, who live with me and 4 not listed who live out of state. Long and sad story. Have kept Budgies, Cockatiels, Kakarikis, Rosellas, Blue Streaked Lories, Violet Naped Lories, Black Headed Caiques, a Sun Conure, Cuban Amazons, and Vinaceous Amazons.

:th_laughing8: You didn't miss the addition til you joined here! I haven't mentioned Sierra Sunrise on Facebook yet, except on the Pionus group page. My oldest sister is on my friends list and she already thinks I am an animal/bird hoarder. She is not an animal lover, don't know where she came from? Must be her Dad's side that I am not kin to! I sent her one for my Christmas cards with my flock on it and she asked me all kinds of questions about them. Plus she had to tell me about the PBS program that recently aired. I'm giving it a little time before she sees Sierra on FB and I have to hear, "Another one?!!!" She is so much like our Mom, but don't tell her that!:th_hehe:
