Happy new year everyone!
We have been invited to a few new years parties but have declined all the invites, we both really want to go out and enjoy the celebrations with our friends but I refuse to be on the roads and staying out all night isn't an option with all the critters. We'll probably just do what we did last year, hang out with the critters, do some jigsaw puzzles(i'm a puzzle junkie!), drink a little and at midnight go out and fire off a few rounds ;)

Wendy you have such gorgeous celebration displays you put up on here! I love them!!! I'm talking about the ones you use personally, but I do love the new ones you put on here for us to use as well.

We will be staying in for the New Year as usual. I have no desire to dodge the weaving cars and really am not into partying til the sun comes up anymore. I will just have a nice toast here in the safety of my home and laugh at all the idiots who find themselves bringing in the New Year in the local jail!! :drinks4:

It is now 1.40pm here in the UK and I have finally finished cooking! I have my Brother, Sister in Law, Daniel and his Girlfriend coming, so I have prepared a buffet and will put it all out around 7 :) I don't like going out for New Year at all. My partying days went long ago :) I would rather stay at home and celebrate with my family than be out amongst all the crazy ones that just drink themselves into a state of oblivion! And, like you say De'Andrea, they do mad things and end up in jail:(
