yes he/she does not seem happy at all to be in that outfit,and even if its winter he must be so hot in it, it looks like its fleecy lined

Have you seen 'PBAM' (Parrot Buddies and Mates) on Facebook? Its an Australian guy that has a few parrots, donates to rescues a bit etc and has a fb page... All of his birds have these hoodies... From a macaw through to a major mitchell - I have to admit that to me they do look kinda cute, but I couldn't do it to my birds, knowing that they woild most likely hate it...

I know a rescue person who uses something similar (a bit more wing freedom though) and have only seen her use them in winter with sick animals etc but she does not use them on healthy birds. Plus, they aren't as flash as this one. Is stylish the right word here?
