I'd just like to tell you all goodbye and let you know that I love you.

Because I am so dead. My dad is going to murder me.

Sometime this morning Jester got the lock off his door and went to the floor.

And he had some fun.

As of right now nobody knows of this except for me. I wish it could stay that way for ever, but at some point my dad is going to want to plug the air purifier in.

I AM REALLY SCARED

Good Locks and (secretly)calmly try to replace the air purifier asap.
Accidents happen when birds own you, (Thank God it wasn't plugged in) realistically you just gotta roll with it, your dad needs to understand that.

Uh oh, it looks like he had some fun. I'm sure your dad won't be as upset as you think. He will realize it is absolutely not your fault.

It could be worse! It's just the cord, you can splice a new one on and it will be completely safe! When our dog was a pup the only thing he chewed on was wires. he chewed the cords off of almost every appliance we owned by the time he grew out of it, and luckily never electrocuted himself in the process! I have learned now that anytime I have an appliance burn out I cut the cord off and save it incase I need it for something else. :)

MADDY IS ALIVE!!!! :th_biggrin:

My dad isn't too upset over it. Upset? Yes. Upset enough to murder me? :th_biggrin: No.

I was really, really, really terrified this morning. Like, I was shaking while typing. But I am good now. I shall live. :th_biggrin:

Glad to hear he didn't get too upset, I'm sure he knows how to fix the cord, at least he didn't get electrocuted in the process or catch the house on fire!

I had a feeling everything would turn out just fine. I'm glad to see you are still with us.

So Maddy what was the end result, did your father fix it or is it to be thrown out? and have you put locks on the cage now.
