That is so lovely. You can just see the bond they have with each other in that pic.

Are they friendly towards you? or are they more for each other?

They love ropes & swings mainly although Pepe likes to tear the newspaper on the bottom of his cage for some reason. They are comical to watch

You will have to try and video them both together!

We were just discussing [even though mine have a ton of toys]. They prefer to shred newspaper at the bottom of their cage [sometimes I ball it on top and they pull it through. I was wondering of it was a white Too thing :) How old is your Blue and gold and Rb2?

It must be a cockatoo thing, they have lots of toys but newspaper is a cheap favourite I have to put lots down for them to shred but wonder if it could be nesting instinct

Mr Bojangles my b&g will be 2yrs old on 2nd June 2014 & ruby the galah is 3yrs old :-) all mine are young. I wanted a parrot since I was 9yrs old after seeing a sulphar crested cockatoo at a garden centre, but couldn't buy as my father had very bad asthma, unfortantly he passed away in 2005 & I waited till 2011 to get my first parrot. But one was not enough & now I have 7 parrots with their own heated birdroom & outside play avairy for the summer to give them fresh air & natural sun & the chance to rain bath. :-) also have 2 large java trees in our livingroom so they can always feel part of the family :-)

My Goodness I love your birdroom and your outside aviary. Your birds are in heaven with such gorgeous living areas! :) And your Toos are gorgeous. I love how they are kissing in the photo.:th_hug8:

I want to build a patio/aviary type place outside in my front yard attached to my home so there is no chance of escape as I bring the flock in & out. My plans are to eventually glass the whole thing in and be able to use it in all kinds of weather.
