A local store that I work with has asked my to sample a huge bag of products with my flock. Not changing any ones diet per say but along the lines of do I like the contents and will any one even try it. One bag was of bee pollen. I know its a super food but I have never used it. Is any one?

The only thing I studied about bee pollen was for the use of allergies. I found out from a doc that is must be bee pollen grown in your location so it contains what is needed to combat your allergens. Makes sense to me.

I use it. I sprinkle a little on their cooked foods every day. My avian vet years ago told me it was very good for parrots. My guys love it especially when I put it on their green salad mixes.

I have never tried it, but I can't see any harm in it.

I sprinkle it over fresh food for all my birds. They seem to really like it, and I think it does help with their molts...helps new feather growth. I figure with all the good stuff thats in it, it cant hurt. :)
