Mash is so nourishing and freezes well. What do you include in the mash?

I put in

Carrot,broccoli,cauliflower,pulses,ground up pellets,sweet potato,corn,Brussel sprouts,just Amything I got really , but my 2 love carrots so loads of carrots

My ekkie, Leyla Belle and green Wing girl Ruby Jewel love any mash type foods I give them. The Catalina boys have just begun to eat a portion of it when I add it to their fresh veggies. It just goes to show you girl parrots, at least in my house, are smarter than the boys!:th_hehe:
