Steps to enable thread reply email notifications
1. Click on Settings (located in the toplinks section at the upper right corner of your screen)
2. Under the Settings column in the left margin, find My Settings and then My Account
3. Click on General Settings
4. Scroll down to the Messaging & Notification section
5. Find the Default Thread Subscription Mode part and select your delivery choice with the provided drop-down menu
6. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen
Steps to enable new private message email notification
1. Click on Settings (located in the toplinks section at the upper right corner of your screen)
2. Under the Settings column in the left margin, find My Settings and then My Account
3. Click on General Settings
4. Scroll down to the Messaging & Notification section
5. Find the Email Notification of New Private Messages part and place the bullet at the option labeled Receive Email Notification of new Private Messages
6. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen
