Buttercup & Blueberry Encore!

Here are some better pics I took of the Linnies with my camera. They are doing well. Fitting right in and loving there cage and toys! Buttercup is a little biter so we need to work on that. Blueberry will step up on a stick and loves to get petted. Right now, Blueberry is the kids favorite because he doesn't want to chew and bite all the time. LOL! Buttercup will get better I'm sure. I am going to try to work with her to get her to chill out on the biting.

They are both adjusting very well! They are fitting right in! LOL! As for the biting, I have my fingers crossed it will get better with a little time and work! :D

Beautiful pics! I love the second one of Morgan and Buttercup, though I have a feeling Buttercup was going in for a bite. You can tell just how tickled Marcus is to have Blueberry! I'm sure once Buttercup settles in and you work with her some that she will come around.

Thanks Debra, you are right on that second pic! LOL! I don't think she is biting because she wants to bite us, but she seems to like to chew a LOT! I didn't think little birds liked to chew so much, but she sure does! LOL! I think she will come around as well. Morgan has already thought about how she is going to help curb the biting. She said she is going to use a small toy to distract her. That's my girl! ;)

My parrotlet is a tiny beaver! She does not go through wood but she will chew stuff to bits in minutes!

Thanks Shelly, it's good to know that other small birds love to chew so much, too! I never really thought about it I guess. But she, like your parrotlet, is a beaver in birds clothing! :th_biggrin:

Terri - The babies are doing great. They are really getting used to Morgan. Morgan is inviting some friends over Thursday to see them. Marcus has been enjoying them, too. He's getting better about being so rambunctious with them. They seem to enjoy there cage & toys a lot! Buttercup is biting less, too! :th_wink:
