i love my magpie's i have a family that comes in i feed , and the best thing i have found over the years ,is if you feed magpie's, you will never get swooped, and that goes for one's out of your area, dont no why but they seem to know , well that's how it is with me and magpie's

Back in Queensland there are a few lorry parks where you can go and feed all the wild lorries, they come in by the hundreds and land on you where ever they can as long as you have a bowl of food in hand, then if you go up the mountain there are king parrots and Rosella's that come in to be feed daily and they will land all over you there would be close to a 800 birds up there and all are wild and fly free, i have pics some where, ill find some and post them
