this mornin while cutting bird food I Re..cut the top of my thumb off I now have a very flat thumb.the good thing is I just finished sharpening it.

OUCH!!!!!! Double OUCH!!!! :th_crycry:

I hope it will be ok. :th_hug8: I have cut myself with freshly sharpened knives more than once,but not to that extreme.

Oh no! Bird chop is not finger chop. Please take care so there is no infection or loss of feeling. Did you see a doc?

yes i went straight to the medical center a couple of stitches, all wrapped , not much left of the top of the thumb going to be sore for awhile, this is what happens when you dont get enough sleep due to constant pain, the good thing is the thumb does not hurt.

Aww so sorry to hear you are living with pain also. Hope you have some relief measures that are working for you.

some days they work other days not at all, it took me twice as long to cut all the food up this morning, only to get tripped up by the dog and all the birds food ended up every where, nice mess to clean up then had to start all over again, well they are fed now.
