Here is our latest - the fruits and veg are always different, whatever we can find organic for cheap at the time - I will try and post a pic later if you like!
Great White Northern Bean (lowest in lectin, I am terrified of lectin, always scared I won't cook it out)
Kamut (ancient grain, must be bought at the hippie store, but it is the only one I can find locally that is big enough)
Chickpeas
Broccoli
Kale
Green Beans
Snap Peas
Squash
Cantaloupe
Honeydew
Strawberries
Blueberries
Peanuts
Almond slices
They are listed in four groupings - grains and bean, fruit, veg, and seeds/nuts. The grains and bean make up about 1/3, the fruit and veg I try to balance equally, with a little less fruit...and the nuts and seeds is about 10% of all. I should have taken a pic of the giant rubbermaid we use with all of it in there...I am sorry I was just so tired and wanted to be done last night! We then bag in quart bags and freeze - keeping one always thawed in the fridge. And yes, we are crazy enough that they get this microwaved twice a day. :screwy:
