This was on another board but I thought I would share it here. Just in case anyone is in the area and wants to add a new member to their family. :)

The birds are at Todd Marcus in Delran. I think 2 Scarlet Macaws, 4 GWs, a Calico & a Harlequin. The rehome fee is around $700 each, but it sounds as if more than one is adopted by a family, the price may go down.

There is also a Hy that is being rehomed, but the man wants it sold for $8000 instead of charging a rehome fee.

The birds have been quarantined for over a month. They belonged to an elderly man, who I guess can't care for them any longer. There are 8 more coming in at some point I believe.

If anyone is interested, let me know and I will see if I can get info for you.

I see so many Macaws lately in Maryland and surrounding areas for re home. I think they must be the most re-homed species of all of the companions birds.

I just noticed this ad on another forum. Hope they all find wonderful homes.

Idk, I think the large toos are the most up for rehoming, but macaws are definitely a close second. :-( wish I could give them all new homes.

I wished I lived close enough to check them out. Not like I need anymore large birds at this time tho.

I too hope they all find very good homes.
