the last week , where im staying at a mate's place , ive seen some thing i have not seen before, every night around 8.30pm there is a flock of around 200 corrella's flying south , now i all-way's thought that the cockatoo's went to roost at sun down or soon there after,but not this flock and they are so loud at that time of night, just wish i had an infer red camera so i could take some pics of them flying over, its like a big noisy white cloud flying over.

How neat !!! Ive always wanted a western slender billed corella! When you say corellas do you mean Bare eyed?

can dueing the day just not of flocks that big, there are a few local parks around that they feed in , normally find them in flocks of around 60, i dont know where the flock is going of a night at that time its pitch black, but i dont see or hear them come back dueing the day just flying over of a night.

For a flock to fly at night something must have upset the, big time!

well i would go with that myself, but they seem to fly over the same time every night
