Oh No!! That is so terrible. I have wondered what has happened to Scott since I don't go to PF anymore. I am truly sorry to hear he is so very sick and had to lose his beloved girls along with Deb's Amazons & Mini macaw. :th_hug8: I will send Scott & Deb a message and I will definitely keep them in my thoughts. Thank you Tony for letting us know this, even tho it made me cry immediately upon reading.

I remember all the ReaRea & Miri threads & vidoes. I loved hearing about their antics and how much Scott loved them.

Very sad to hear. It makes me cry just thinking about him losing all his birds & especially his beloved Green Wings. I have wondered in the past few months what Scott was up to. Not being on PF anymore I haven't kept up with him. I will watch the videos when I am not so shaken over hearing this. Right now I just can't bring myself to view them. Thank you Tony for letting us know and giving us a little piece of Scott & his girls in better times to look back on.

I feel exactly as you do, De'Andrea... I will miss watching RaeRae & Miri's playful, inquisitive personalities and Scott's love for them (and theirs for him) so very, very much :(. It's unbelievably hard for me to accept that they're gone :'(

I am keeping Scott, Deb, Conner in my prayers. Words cannot describe how deeply saddened I am by this family's tragedy. To loose your parrot family on top of having to battle a serious illness is too much. This poor family has had so much happen to them so quickly I send them healing prayers for everyone. I just can't stop crying...I'm not making sense but my heart is with this family. As course as people though Scott (WarfRat) could be with his no nonsense way of communicating what is right for the parrots he kindly reached out to me and shared information about Noble and Hahn's macaws. He reached out to me when I lost my Noble Macaw Mihijo and told me stories about his Hahn's. He really loved all his birds.

Thank you, Rebecca. I've been in tears as well since learning of Scott, Deb, and Conner's horrific tragedy. The devastating loss of their five cherished, beautiful parrots is really more than I can take. The emotional impact for me has been enormous - it's all I can think about. The tremendous love that came through Scott's posts about and videos of his gorgeous birds has touched me so deeply... I just can't believe this has happened. I'm having a great deal of trouble accepting it as the current reality. So many things are going through my mind. It's just incredibly heartbreaking...

I can't get this off my mind. What an incredible amount of horrible things to happen to a family. I hope for the best for them. :(

I think it is incredible that his wife Deb has been able to cope. Scott himself probably doesn't even realize what has happened. Actually I can't see how he would right now. That is a huge burden to bear for her. My thoughts and prayers continue to go out to both of them.
