He is a little "beaky" when he plays but he never bites down too hard. I just switch my finger for a toy and he just continues playing. He is stubborn and gets "mad" when I take something away that he wants, but he gets over it. He doesn't really have mood swings or anything. He does go after my dog for some reason, but we're working on that. That's the only concerns I can think of and any bird will have some kinks to work through. :P Oh, and I live in an apartment and he isn't that loud either. Any particular concerns you wanted to know about?
