I am from Pennsylvania an share my home with a passle of parrots, including two (Goose and Kiwi) who are former companions of Roxynoodle's Merlin.

In fact, Goose-the-Greenwing still sings out, "MER-LYNNN!!!" with great frequency!

Now she does things like dump her food bowl out and yells, "What happened?" She doesn't blame Goose though :)

When Goose gets excited, he calls for Merlin.

Both Kiwi and Goose yell, "What happened?" for any exciting event - including one that they created.

Does Merlin also inquire, "Are you alright?" when something happens?

She has always said, "Alllllriiiiiiighhht!" Which my other 2 have learned as well. Anything Merlin has ever said, Rowdy immediately has to start saying as well. They are kind of rivals. Pete learns some of it. Now all 3 randomly yell out, "Ohio!" and say quite snobbily, "Whatever!"

Carole, some of them used to live together :) Kim's Goose (GW) and Kiwi (zon) were my Merlin's previous housemates, and lived together for about 20 years. When their previous owners needed to rehome them, I adopted Merlin and Kim adopted Goose and Kiwi.

However, I think I may have taught Merlin the "What happened?" I'm sure though she heard it a lot in her previous home but she only started saying it recently, so it's hard to say, lol!
