That is awesome!! I saw one similar to that awhile back. I love all these cute parrot statuses. Some of these birds have owners who are good at creative writing.:th_biggrin:

Thanks Jules. I will check that out. My grey does adjust pretty quickly to change. But at first he just wants no part of anything new. lol

I have very little experience with Greys, but I do see a lot of material like this. It makes me want to spent time with them just to see what they are all about. It sounds like it would be a blast.

lol. quirky is one word to describe a grey. i can almost read jasper now and know what he is about to get up to, you can after a while look past those beautiful eyes :)

steve greys are not as laid back as an amazon, they're quite fickle in some ways, love you one minute and can hate you the next. luckily i've not had a bad bite in ages, touch wood :)

i don't know about other birds but i can have little conversations with jasper, i swear she knows what i'm on about most of the time, love her to bits and wouldn't be without her now x

LOL sooooo true... oh man, my birds are in for it when we decide to get new furniture and change the room around. (i'm desperately trying to convince the man that removing our grey from her corner of the living room is going to really mess her up but he's so stubborn! >_<)

Crazy Crazy silly birdies. They can't help themselves. I'm convinced that Greys are OCD. I just don't get them. I have always been the Too person, now I'm a macaw person too!

I think some OCD definitely exists in my grey. LOL! I love him to pieces, though! :th_biggrin:

greys with OCD? true especially going by felixs posts above :th_LOL:

everything has to be 'right' for a grey, for jasper and most i've met anyhow. moving things is not an option, when you get new furniture fawn, try and keep your greys corner for her things, she might be ok but just incase. jasper has a tall playstand near the kitchen, the original one used to be by the window and she sat there often and chewed it to pieces, but since having the new identical one at the other side of the room she wont sit on it unless i put her there and then she wont stay for long. just goes to show they like things to stay much the same :)

I must have the only non OCD grey ever! Or I messed him up bad when I got him because I had not read how they hate change! I switch out cages , toys and cage placement all the time. Poor guy, he has never had a issue with it.

some are ok with changes shelley, i notice you have a timneh? i think they are the quieter of the two so i don't think you've messed him up :)

that is the key Shelly, change change change! I joke a lot about Quincy but in all honesty, he has dealt with a LOT of change very well. I just love raggin on my little buddy because he can be tempermental!

maybe he is so used to changed shelly. not all greys are so finicky and panic, some accept change very well :)

Oh all of my birds get use to change sooner then later. I am always moving stuff and trying to get just 3 more inches out of the living room. :D
