West Coast summer is missing!!!

LOL! We've been getting a ton of rain, too! it rained so hard today, coming home from a friends, the road was partially washed out!

The news just said they found summer......Its 66 deg today. It will be 108 by this weekend. I swear Mother Nature is off her bi-polar meds again.....

We cant even get our lawn mowed [and its getting scary] . Dave said he saw a Sunflower growing in the front yard . I said how did that get there? Hes like its where you pressure wash the bird cages and playstand. The seeds came from my playstand ,I guess anything can grow with enough water LOL

Same here in the UK Shelly. We have the odd few days of sun, and then back to rain again:( I think the weather has gone haywire worldwide :(

Here in southern California, all you get is heat! It was 109 degrees Fahrenheit today. I think that is in the mid-40's in Celsius. Sometimes I wish for a little rain (I LOVE the cold).

I don't mind the cooler days. Its the rain, and only because I need to get my goat milking stanchion fixed. The head piece is broke so we have it tied to a post in front of the barn. It was raining so hard last night I had a tarp over my head and the goat and we where both bawling because of the down pour! The milk was unusable because of all the water that got in it. I need to get it fix but like a leaky roof I don't ever think about it till I am getting wet!

Rain and thundershowers here in Maryland almost daily. But also lots of sun and heat and humidity along with it. Can't cut the grass here cuz it's so wet in the mornings and then it starts to rain in the afternoons. You can't win for losing..........lol. Oh well Mother Nature has a sense of humor.
