thanks honesty, that is jaspers drawer and the small cupboard underneath. last night she refused to budge so spent the night in there, door open of course. this morning i went straight to the kitchen and she wasn't there! i saw poop on the floor then i heard a cheap, it was jasper on her playstand, she must have flown in as it got light, bless her :)

Jasper is quite a beautiful CAG, Julie. Your story about her sleeping in the drawer and conveying herself to the playstand on her own terms is so cool :). CAGs are such smart birds. Thanks for sharing!

A[Users must be registered and logged in to view attached photos or hyperlinks] Jasper is a beautiful girl!!:th_heart: I also love the cupboard story. How cute & then she knew just where to wait for you to come see her when you woke.:th_biggrin: I love how our feathered kids are super smart & figure things out on their own. Does she sleep in her cupboard very often or was that her first time to decide it was a cozy place to rest her fanny? :th_LOL:

She's adorable! I would love to have a grey one day. Love the cupboard story too.

His grey coloring is fantastic! The feathers are so soft to the touch.

thanks everyone, jasper is adorable, i wouldn't be without her :)

andrea this is only the second time she has chosen to sleep in there, i would much rather she slept in her own cage for her safety as i'm not sure i trust her 100% to always wait in one place. at times she is quite stubborn x

mare her drawer is mostly for play, she takes boxes in there to shred up. i wouldn't want her making a nest, don't want eggs for a long time yet lol

I like your signature pic Julie:) Where did you get that rope swing from?

thanks honesty, it was hand made by anton the parrot stand man. don't know if you've heard of him? this was the original one which she totally chewed to pieces within a year or so. I've since bought a taller, second hand one and now she wont go on this one, fussy bird :(

if this one ever goes the same way, i'll invest in a java tree :)
