Welcome to our place on the Internet, Joan :).

I'm so sad to learn of the amazons you've lost. That's indeed a heart-wrenching thing to deal with :(. My biggest worry is losing any of my guys!

You certainly must have your hands full with your sizable quantity of parrots ;).

They don't leave any me time that's for sure ,putting them out, making their dishes up & taking food dishes out in morning ,more food late afternoon ,cleaning their beds out ,cleaning their cages in the conservatory ,then bringing them in plus dishes ,clean the aviary's & water , give them super then bed it's never ending labour of love ,you have to love to give up all your time to them, only like minded people would understand .I have 7 cages in conservatory ,& 7 bed cages in the bedroom ,2 aviary's out side it's a lot to keep clean on a daily base's but my hubby Gren helps a lot to .

Good job hubby is there to help you out. It must take you quite a few hours each day just to prepare their food?

Welcome to the forum Joan and all your feathered kids. That is quite a flock you have! I can see how it would be a chore to keep up with. I'd love to see photos of all yo darlings and aviaries.:th_biggrin:

Hope all goes well with your hubby. I know all too well what it is like to worry over a hubby with health problems. My hubby had one side of his carotid artery scraped a few yrs ago & he deals with high blood pressure every day. Wishing your hubby a speedy recovery and hugs to you both.:th_hug8:
